Age: 4 and under with an adult caregiver

Come hang with Marisa and Canyon in this class. We’ll connect with our little ones through movement on the mat floor, in the hammocks, silks, Lyra and trapeze. While the primary function of this class is fun with your little ones, both baby and mom will also practice movements that build strength and confidence.

Class runs September 14th to December 14th.
