Silks 3/4

Lyra/Trapeze 3/4

Aerial 1 is a fundamental class for kids 8+ or can be tested into for younger kiddos. Students will learn silks, lyra and trapeze skills that provide a base for them to continue their aerial journey for years to come. Students will learn climbs and skills on the knot in silks and fundamental movements on the bottom bar.

Silks 1 is a fundamental class for kids 8+ or can be tested into for younger kiddos. Students will learn silks skills that provide a base for them to continue their aerial journey for years to come. Students will learn climbs and skills on the knot in silks and begin sequencing fundamental movements as they move towards working off the knot.

Aerial 2 is another fundamental class for kids 8+ that can be tested into for younger kiddos. Students will learn silks, lyra and trapeze skills that build on the skills discovered in level 1. Students should be comfortable without the knot and be able to climb the silks, we will start to use the top bar and ropes on the bars. Expect to begin doing drops and longer sequences in this level. Students will need a solid invert in the air and the ability to climb the apparatus with ease.

Silks 3/4 is our most advanced silks class. We will learn more difficult sequences, ramp up conditioning and focus on performance ready skills as we reach towards professional level quality movement. Students are expected to have straight leg inverts and multiple climbs to the top of the fabric in this class.

Lyra/Trapeze 3/4 is a mixed bar apparatus class. We will work on advanced sequencing and movements on both apparatus as we work towards professional level performance quality. Students should be able to easily mount the bar, hang from their knees and invert in the air.
